The internship with Project Fortify was so amazing. I had been on mission trips and worked with their team before, but the 2 week internship really gave me a better idea of what life would be like as a missionary. We were able to do so many different things and help in a lot of different aspects. During my trip, it pushed me out of my comfort zone and stretched my faith. It was amazing to spend so much time with other people who encouraged and pushed me in my faith and abilities.

Looking back on the trip, I am most thankful that it helped solidify my decision to one day work in full time missions. My heart is invested in missions and I can’t wait to see where I end up one day! My faith was made stronger during the trip and I am so thankful that I was given the amazing opportunity to be a part of the internship!
