New Hope Fellowship’s youth served with us in the colonia of Nopalera, just across the border in Reynosa.  They held a VBS for the colonia with over 100 kids in attendance each night.  The youth learned songs in Spanish to help them connect with the kids and  brought lots of decorations to turn the community center into the VBS Galactic Starveyor Headquarters. The team had crafts, bible stories, games and snacks for the kids each night.  The VBS was a true blessing to the colonia!

The team also painted during the day at Iluminando.  This was quite the task!  We painted the entrance orange, striped the front of the building with two different greens and painted the other walls a green.  It turned out beautiful and definitely brightened up the facility!
